In 9/2022 a new kitchen faucet was installed and old drainage pipes were changed under the double sink at a cost of $890.00. 4/2023 I called them to tighten the faucet which had come loose, and seal around the faucet plate on the top of the sink. In 9/2024 the left sink basket strainer assembly disconnected from the pipe. Long story short On 6/11/2024 I had my sewer line jetted due to a mainline blockage. Everything went well and the workers were rated excellently. On 8/22 Reliable Basement and Drain returned to my home as I am having the same problem. The plumber entered the crawlspace and immediately stated he “smells grease”, this is not covered under warranty and it will cost me $600 to clear the line again. James and Reliable Basement and Drain made our day! James snaked in three different points in our kitchen drain system until he had it running like new. He was very pleasant and informative. The cost was less than I expected.
Reliable has been used for several years for upkeep service on a back flow drain. The service has always been professional and courteous. Prices are extremely reasonable. I would recommend Reliable to anyone.
