This is related to the Terry Labonte Chevrolet location in Greensboro. Drove over an hour, fully prepared to purchase a car based on their website advertised price, the trade-in offer from their website, and emails with their team. Hendrick Lexus - Charlotte / Independence Blvd: The service department is very Unethical. I called to inquire about the cost of replacing my battery as it died. I was given a quote of $190.24. I thanked the rep for her time and hung up. A close friend, removed the battery for me to take it to another store and purchase a battery for a lot less than what Hendrick Lexus quoted. Terry Labonte Chevrolet will never get my business again. I bought a new 2010 Chevrolet Cruise from them and traded it in for a new Toyota 5 tears ago. Till this day I get multiple calls everyday from telemarketers trying to renew the service agreement on a car that I dont own. They even call my work with the SPAM. Terry Labonte sold my information to crooked companies for profit. First off, any 5 star reviews are made by their employees. BUYER BEWARE: 2014 Ram 1500 Sport White with 142,000 Miles (VIN: 1C6RR6MT9ES454769) was inspected by Dodge Dealership and needs new BCM computer (Controls key safety features like headlights and windshield wipers) Rick Hendrick paid for diagnostic 1/16/21 but didn't replace part. Hendrick Collison has had our truck for two months and we still do not have it returned. Excuse after excuse of why they cannot get the truck back to us. The insurance company refused to cover any further rental car coverage citing Hendrick's mismanagement of a repair that should have been done in 10 days. it has now cost us about $1200 out of pocket for a rental car for an extended period of time and we feel we need to be reimbursed the full $1200 for their incompetence. For this to be such a large dealership their service is TRASH! I wish I could give this dealership NO star. I bought Toyota Camry 2020 model from Hendrick Toyota in Apex. I did not have care so deal was done totally remotely either by text or phone. They texted me on 1/4/2021 around 5pm or 6pm and ask if I still interested in car. I've been doing business and buying my cars from hendrick group since 2014. I bought a total of 10 vehicles. Last month December the 9th i traded my Honda and got a new Toyota, the reason I went back to hendrick is because they were so good to me, but toyota concord just did me wrong.
