I traveled across the country to visit a dealership after them telling me My payment would be a certain amount of money and no more and guaranteed me and told me to drive down and then everything will be fine... This review refers to Lexus of Pleasonton, CA. Called to get timing belt kit replacement quote. The advisor said the quote included timing belt tensioner/pulley, crank/cam seals, water pump and timing belt..etc. I asked him to email me the parts and quote. Turned out those tensioner/pulley, seals are not included in the quote. A honest place would recommend replacing the timing belt tensioner/pulley and seals while you are in there. I would like to let you know that you have a great team. My wife is extremely happy with her car (2020 X7 40i). The customer service we received 17th and 18th December 2020 was awesome. Mr. Ligon W********* was great throughout the process. Meaning he was not pushy and he told us the truth in reference what we were paying for. Its been 3year and 7 months since i bought a toyota RAV4, been trying since day 2 to cancell all extra warranties, spoke with Jose to help me he said he will contact finance department, i would call, leave messages, without success, i would stopped by and asked anytime i had service, and promised to be contacted but that has never happened,last year in may 2019 i trade that in for a Sienna and until this day they have not cancelled, paperwork has been submitted, and no one seems to really care, 3 weeks ago my Sienna engine b... read more

Wish I Could Leave Less than One Star! Our son has purchased three vehicles from MOG Mini. A few weeks ago he purchased a 2018 Jeep Wrangler with a lift kit and bigger tires and in the first week he started getting the "Death Wobble". He took the vehicle to the dealership was basically told it's not their problem but they would fix it for him at $1,500. He fixed what they told him was wrong with it on his own for $350. Not only does Rick Hendrick own top-notch NASCAR teams he also owns top-notch dealerships. I just bought a used car from Hendrick Lexus of Northlake and had an excellent experience. Robert the salesman and other employees were very polite and courteous. I typically end up dealing with dealership shenanigans, but non of that at Hendrick Lexus of Northlake. The dealership is beautiful inside and out along with the service.Thanks Hendrick of Northlake! *******

Visited this dealership for car servicing, employees walking around with no mask on even though the numbers of Covid cases are on the rise, I have counted 10 so far without mask, some in upper management and some sales persons, I will have my car serviced elsewhere because of this level of unprofessionalism. Something has to be done!

This location has went totally down hill. This is no longer a place I trust nor are they "cultural friendly" in the nicest way I can put this. I purchased 2 vehicles from this location. A 2018 and 2019 Jeep. Most recently last week as a single mom was broke down on the side of the road. I called this location the next day. I was told to come in only to arrive and be told the total opposite.I was treated with bias and humiliated. I have the Platinum coverage extended warranty package. I recently applied and was approved by BMW Financial Services for a used vehicle in July 2020. The sales rep told me that I didn't need to make payments for 90-days as a incentive to purchasing the vehicle. What the car salesmen didn't tell me was that interest was accruing every single day for the 90-day period in which I thought I was relieved of making payments (including interest).
