For this to be such a large dealership their service is TRASH! I purchased a vehicle on 07/29/2020 and today is 09/30/2020 and I STILL DO NOT HAVE LEGAL PLATES, REGISTRATION, OR TITLE ( SUPPOSED TO BE SENT TO LIENHOLDER)!!!! Zero stars are impossible on this site so 1 will have to be given....believe me, it is not deserved. This place is a wolfs den filled with carnivorous salespeople who have zero issue with steamrolling you through a deal with minimal communication and plenty of misinformation. I brought my vehicles in for service last week. State inspection and oil change. Before I arrived home from dropping off the vehicle, I had received spam from the dealership. Within days, I had received spam from the dealership, GM, and SiriusXM radio, which included the name of the dealership and the dates of my service! A month ago We Bought a i3 from Bmw Murrieta. We where received misleading information on every question we asked!!!! Also didn't didn't tell us about the big i3 lawsuit they had on 2016 The main one was about how is the driving when the car run out of battery and start driving on gas. We were told we won't notice anything and the drive will be smooth!!!! In reality we almost had an accident twice!!! I purchased a 2017 Dodge Ram with a Platinum warranty with a zero deductible. I have a couple of issues but they are now saying I have $100 deductible. I have my service contract and it clearly is printed $00.00. I have jumped through hoops to get this sorted. But they still are denying my contract. As a gesture of 'good faith' they will look at my truck. Don't ever go to Hendricks for a vehicle.
I bought a brand NEW top of the line Cadillac Escalade in 2018 Platinum. At 22, 000 miles service appointment i was told the thread on my tires was low and needed to be changed. I then proceeded to speak to a service manager in order to clear this situation up because there is no way i paid $100,000 for this truck and i have to change the tires at 22,000 miles. We are a loyal Honda owner since 1978 having purchased 14 new Honda's since then. Never had this problem before with ANY business. The Honda of Newnan sales department are very unprofessional and unethical and located in Newnan, Georgia. We visited the store personally and have all the documented emails and voicemails saved from the salesman and managers to confirm everything. I don't think they are changing people's oil I think they are just pretending to so the engines will go bad and they can sell more cars I would like to see a comparison of how many oil services they sell and how much waste oil they disposed of.
They sold me a bad car but sent a record right away to pick it up an told me to come uo so we could figure out what we are going to do they told me right away they could either put a motor in it or help me on a new car, i went a new car an im so thankful for them helping me out Justin F***,Zac T***** , Giuseppe p***** , Tiffany P****** an Giovanni R*** helped as to getting the problem resolved in getting this solved am very pleased with there team.
