Absolutely the worst experience we have ever had Cary Chevrolet . From multiple lies to more lies and deception. Unbelievable how awful. Started with a sales manager trying to push vehicles we did not want on us and claiming we could not buy what we wanted to multiple rude conversations and emails stating their was no other vehicles they could find us even though they never even attempted to look. Obviously the reviews dont lie. This place told me in writing that they could help me get out from under my current vehicle. I provided the make, model, vin, mileage, and pictures of the car. All was sent PRIOR to. I'm still told I've qualified for the vehicle I wanted. Now they had everything they needed to get an idea of value of my current vehicle. kelly blue book is online and pretty darn accurate too. And anyone who thinks a 2015 ford with 180,000 miles on it is worth more than a couple thousand...does NOT need to be in... read more

Mckinney Honda, Tx Discovered a major technical issue with a new CRV and immediately asked to hold the deal until it was resolved. This occurred within minutes of the sale between last sale and the opening the next day.. It was not. Present a letter to inform the GM and was told he would call. He did not. I think the lack of respect and professionalism was ridiculous. Long story short purchased a used 2016 jeep compass over a year ago. Had exactly one week they took it back and returned my money with no credit damage. Why? After dropping $5000 up front. Me and the family take a little trip about 50 minutes to my parents house and all of a sudden I hear a flat tire sound so I pull over to check and no flat so I take off and hear a grinding noise and I am like WTF a car with less than 40,000 miles. Audi South Austin is a bait and switch dealer. They will lie and trick you into financing that is no where near what you are being told or agreeing too. They will refuse to fix their own CPO cars that are covered under manufacturer warranties, CPO warranties and the PLATINUM service plan they slipped into your loan under the dealships name. I traded in a car with less than 25k miles on it and 2 more lease payments, I was told I would have a 3K down-payment, but it was actually 3k added to my loan. We bought a used Accord at Gwinnett Place Honda on May 5, 2020. I personally thought that buying a used car was a daunting task, but it was actually a great experience thanks to Zach, Internet Sales Consultant. Zach is cheerful, friendly but very courteous. They misrepresented a used Audi they sold me as certified pre- owned. It in fact was not certified as no servicing had been done and the navigation was not updated. They then wanted to charge me $400.00 to update the navigation. It is reasonable to believe a certified vehicle is updated.

This dealership is not to be trusted. They lie to bait and hook you, then change the numbers; then worse canceled my, floor manager negotiated and general manager approved, sale when preparing to pick up the auto. So much more I could say! Don't do business here you will be sorry. I put up with shenanigans because I was naive.
