First off, let me make this VERY Clear, if i could give a ZERO star i would, giving this "business" a 1 star is doing them a favor. My car was towed to this "business" on Friday, I went in on Saturday morning to get some items out of my car, spoke with the lady at the desk and asked her SPECIFICALLY about charges, she said " No charges unless it is sitting here for months with no activity, then there will start being storage fees". I would NEVER purchase a vehicle from Rick Hendrick of Buford after the way my husband and I were treated today. We have a 2016 Lexus RC-F with $4,000 rims and only 11,000 miles on it that we were thinking of trading in on a 2020 High Country Silverado. We had not even talked numbers or done any kind of deal yet. They asked for the key so that they could look our car over. Between 2006 and 2012, I purchased 7 vehicles from Hendrick Automotive Group. In 2013, I received an e-mail from an employee at Hendrick asking about my Dodge RAM 1500. I have never owned such a vehicle and let her know she had the wrong person. The employee didn't believe me and immediately revealed PII (Personally identifiable information) to me about the person who purchased it including the purchaser's full legal name, address, phone number, and VIN.
