I bought a 2021 Chevy Silverado from Hendrick Chevrolet in Durham, NC. Less than a week later, a crack appeared across the windshield. Hendrick said that they would replace it and put me off. In June I finally went through my insurance and replaced it. Also, I refused all of the extra packages they offered me. In December 2020 I purchased a 2020 Kia Forte from Hendrick Kia in Cary NC. Elvin was my salesperson and Jayme in the Business Office. I also purchased some additional warranties. In February 2021 that car was totaled due to me being rear-ended . So in March of 2021 I went back to purchase another Kia, this time a 2021 Kia Forte. Worst car buying experience ever😡😡😡 The Salesman James was rude and deceitful. He illegally did a credit hard inquiry (for in house finance Hendrick Lexus) without my knowledge and permission by lying (that he was just doing the application for JP Morgan Chase only.😡😡🤬🤬🤬 no one deserves to be treated like the way I was treated. #WillNeverBuyCarFromThatDealershipAgain😡😡

I am unable to file a formal complaint due to the lack of Lemon Law in North Carolina. Purchased a New Rav4 from Hendrick's Toyota of North Charleston. I declined all the service agreements and dealer add ons yet it was added onto the total purchase that I financed. They made no apologies for attempting this fraud. Buyer beware and avoid this dealership.

BUYER BEWARE! If you are contemplating purchasing a vehicle from Hendricks Chevrolet, do extensive research prior to stepping foot into their facility. They will try to swindle you on price and trade in. We had a HORRIBLE experience. Here's our story: We found a used car on their website that we were interested in driving as well as purchasing.
