Simple and short-- my experience via the Hendricks Lexus in Northlake would suggest you avoid this dealership group no matter where you are. NOT GOOD! I considered my experience as bait and switch---which included a call from the manage of the dealership... 1975 type car sales from my POV.

Dale Earnhardt Cadillac Tallahassee is the worst dealership to buy a car from. They don't care about customers just dollars. I will never buy a car there again. Purchase a new car with a used car experience

Where do I start, I bought a brand new 2021 es350(drove it off the lot with 3 miles on it) from Northlake Hendricks, I had my car a minimum of five months before issue started to happen, The first issue was my keys were not registering that they were in the car which started three months into my brand new car around five months my Apple CarPlay completely De-programmed itself, A month later my sunroof broke I had spent about eight hours trying to get them to pick up my car because my sunroof wouldn't close another month late... read more

Honda Cars of McKinney advertised a car online for $24.247, My daughter went through the process of getting qualified, as she was on her way to the dealership she got a text stating the car would be an additional $5000. This was due to "updgrades" they had added after the listing, like Nitrogen and lo jack. When I spoke with Tony, the salesman who was handling the deal. I had a appointment scheduled way in advance Tires, tuneup, inspection Appointment time was for 2:00 As of 5:30 I'm still sitting here in Lobby My husband & I have purchased several vehicles from this location As of today WERE DONE ! I will be getting another Yukon in January, we will buy dealership that appreciates its customers! DONE !!!!!

The service department at this dealership will try to fraud you out money for extra work that they claim needs to be done on your vehicle. They tried to tell me that my vehicle had an oil leak and needed a new oil pan. They even put my vehicle on the lift and showed me the "leak." I looked at my driveway this morning and it is completely dry. They put some type of liquid on my oil pan to appear like it was leaking. They are fraudulent mechanics.

My memorable experience with Hendrick Luxury Collision Center (HLCC) started on May 26th, 2021, after an accident, resulting in the need of repair to the front left of my 2020 Tesla Model 3. I purchased a 2009 Honda CRV on 04/06/2021. The car was listed for sale, appointment to view was made and upon arrival, the car was locked, filled with personal items and obviously not ready to be test driven.
