HENDRICKS *** IS A HORRIBLE OUTFIT. SERVICE IS ONLY ABOUT MONEY AND FOLKS WORKING IN SERVICE ARE NOT GENUINE AT ALL. THEY TRULY HAVE LOST SIGHT OF THE CUSTOMER BEING RIGHT. THIS IS THE 2ND TIME I HAD SERVICE THERE. FIRST TIME THEY WOULDN'T REPAIR A SLOW LEAK IN MY TIRE AND CHARGED ME $500 FOR A NEW TIRE. CLAIMED THEY COULDN'T FIX THE OLD ONE (I TOOK THE ORIGINAL TIRE TO A TIRE SHOP AND THEY FIXED IT IN 10 MINUTES AND I'M KEEPING IT AS A SPARE). Bought a car from Hendricks off Independence in ********* Feb 2019, had to come back a day later to resign contract, navigation stopped working, issues seat belt, mold smell, went w/out car for 2 weeks, then 2/3 recalls, that should have been serviced and weren't, so when a car hits me , my work laptop gets destroyed and has to be repaired 8/2019. Practices Bait and Switch Tactics. I purchased a Dodge Charger **** Pack from Hendrick Automotive Group in *********************. I was lured in by an advertised price but upon arrival was told that the quote would not be honored as advertised. In addition, I was denied an additional employee discount offered to all employees who work for my employer (apparently I'm the exception - not sure why). Sold my Jeep, and requested refund of my warranty on 12/1/21. I have remained multiple times requesting the amount of my refund, and a ETA. Sure didnt take long to take my money. I paid for the Jeep and warranty in full the day I purchased my new Jeep. I guess once they have the money its not important to take care of their customers. Looking forward to hearing from someone. ********************* is the one who supposedly handled my refund. But I have not heard a word or gotten a response since.

There are misleading tell lies to there customers. I have been dealing with them for 3 years and they have messed me up fives times I am no longer going there for any business the last transaction was little aggravating. But then the sold me a vehicle that the service manager knew that should've been sold me and I had my 16 month old daughter with me pulling her in and out of the cold. I was in the market for a used Accord. They had one advertised in my price range. Then I was told there would be additional fees for the following:GPS $398 Nitro tires $199 Used car value pkg $526 ( I was told it was a sealant...)Dealer admin fee $799 These bogus fees, on top of tax, increase the ADVERTISED PRICE by a lot. $199 for nitro fill tires?? I have a 2015 Camero brought it in March 2021 broke down in July 2021. Needed a rear end differential but GM has discontinued that part. So they end up fixing the broking pieces within the rear end. Here we go again November car back in the shop leaking oil from the rear end. They had to order more parts and it took a month to fix. In the meantime I still have to get to work so rented a car, they promise to pay only 5 days of rental. smh. Suppose to reimburse after the repair work is done. Went to the store on 12/30/2021 with my son looking to purchase a car, Test drove a red ***** Civic which had just been taken in on trade. The car was filthy and it was obvious it had not been prepped for sale. Was advised that rear struts had been ordered and would be installed. Tried to make a deal on the car.
