I purchased a bed cover for my 2020 GMC ****** from the *********** location. A particular part kept falling off and I tried to get them to repair or replace it within a year of making the purchase. I was ghosted by one service manager, a new service manager was hired and he saw the problem himself and said he would see what could be done. I have not seen any further action leading to resolution after several months!

In 2019 I purchased a Lexus from Woodbridge Hendrick ****** I also purchased a maintenance plan that included a numbered amount of free oil changes. Hendrick ************************* called me one morning to notify me that a car that I was waiting to arrive was there and I can come look at it. They made me an appointment for that afternoon and I drove to the dealership to find that the car was never there and. I traded in a vehicle and purchased a used truck from **** Hendrick on 1/14/22. I told them I wanted to finance the vehicle through chartway since that's who I bank with and they said that wouldn't be a problem as they deal with chartway directly. They ended up financing the vehicle through ******* and when I asked why, I was told that chartway was asking for a $4000 down payment were as ******* only wanted a $2000 down payment. I just bought a 2018 CRV from ***** of *********. After taxes it was over $32,000. When we got the car home we noticed the rear parking light was cracked. THEY REFUSE TO FIX IT. This is the response, " I saw your message so I went to speak with my fixed operations manager about this. He let me know with the ***** Certification they go through a long process of making sure the vehicle is in compliance with the requirements. Horrible customer service and communication in the ******************* I paid $$$ for a repair that supposedly fix the problem to have the same issues 2 months later. Even the Service Manager ******************* has horrible customer service.

Spoke with a salesman on 2-8-2022 and he gave me the asking price of a suburban they have in transit. He said that if I would come to the dealership they would value my trade and deliver the new suburban when it arrived later this month. i made an appointment for the next day, 2-9-22. I text him before driving 2 hours to make sure the vehicle was available for purchase. He called me and said the vehicle was available but the price was $10,000-$12,000 more than he told me. We bought a used car from Hendricks of **********. We also purchased a road service agreement. A 10 year policy. In early December of 2021 we were out of state and called the listed number on the policy and was told we would get a call back. Never happened. Called again and was told to call the dealership. We did twice....neither time did we receive a call back. Nothing. No service and no interested in helping with the problem.This policy was not inexpensive.I have tried to contact the corporate office through the website...... read more
