Bait and switch. Won't be shopping here again. Went to look at a ***** Odyssey. We were told a manager had it at home. Negotiated a price. Then were told it sold but they had other cars that were just as good so now they had price information from us. We left. Then they called my sister to sell her the same car and emailed my father to sell it to him. The same car is still on their web site and Truecar 2 days later. Shameful! I don't like dishonest people

Dishonest and deceptive company. I had my mini in for service 6 months ago; they said the back brakes were bad and needed to be replaced. They only had ***** miles on them Clearly a scam. Then last week I went to buy a BWM and after I came to an agreement, the salesman called me two hours later to tell me the car was sold 10 mins before I even walked in.Car dealers typically get a bad reputation but Hendricks truly deserves it.

Worst service people I ve seeing helpless careless dont call costumer for update I have to come store so many times until one service guy ask me if I live there so I told you guys dont keep me updated so I need to come here personally Id you guys do your job I dont need come here my work truck is with transmission under warranty to get fixed and they keep giving me execuses for not fixe it

I have nothing but good things to say about ******************************* Chevrolet. From Sales to Service, they really take care of their customers. I bought my 2012 Equinox from ***** in May 2021. He was honest and helpful. I really appreciate that he was very transparent during my buying process. The process of looking for a vehicle was awful but after I met *****, it was a breeze.
