Thia dealership does not even deserve 1 star. They sold me a truck that they didn't have. Contract signed by dealership and customer. Horrible customer service, this has been going on over 2 weeks. I was just told today that if they cannot help find another truck in a few days then that is it. Disgusting and the general manager **** will NOT return my calls. Left a message for him 6 days ago.
The Auto Dealer will not provide rebates on previously purchased extended warranty. I bought a hundred thousand mile warranty seven years ago and just sold the car with 21 thousand miles on it. They owe me approx 200 dollars and will not respond to repeated calls for my rebate / refund. They are such inconsiderate people with a total lack of business ethics. Do not buy cars or warranties from these people.*******
Purchased a Toyota Camry on August 23, 2021. Here it is October 25 still haven’t got my tag. Still haven’t gotten the payment slip from Southeast Toyota Finical because the dealer never sent them my loan. Now the dealer is saying that they’re holding up the process of my tag unit I make a payment for a loan that SETF says I don’t have???
Salesman Paul D******** added the payoff on my car into my new loan when the car was supposed to be paid off by the Dealer
1. Hendrick Kia is poor on communicating with you so make sure you contact them before thinking your car is ready. They will tell you it is just your phone they have trouble with. 2. Be warned that they will give you completion dates for your car and this can change more than once with no notification and sadder yet is the Service Manager told me and I quote “I do not care what anyone has told you before”. 3. They refuse to sell us a car that we can’t find anywhere else within a 350 mile radius…. Because they’re money hungry and only sell cars to people who will service them at their dealership. What a shame they turned down our $81,000 sale to make an extra buck on service. We’ve been loyal Volvo owners for over 15 years and now I will consider other brands first. We had a terrible experience and service with Charleston Hendricks Volvo.
I must say this Dealership is Very Beautiful!! nice neat and clean. The female sales person that assisted us was very nice but the sales manager has literally lost his mind. Went in for a routine oil change at Hendrick Mini on 10/7/21 that should have been covered under my 3 year “free maintenance” for my 2019 Mini Cooper S that I purchased brand new. Car only has 11,000 miles on it at this time. Was told about a 1.5 hour wait so I told service advisor, Jason S****, I would wait in lobby as it is a long distance to home. I have had numerous occasions when I have brought my car in for service here at East Bay BMW, and I have received my car back with incomplete or poorly done work. This has necessitated multiple return visits to fix problems they have caused or left unaddressed. Today was criminal, and I am warning you your car is in danger if you let them touch it.
