My first maintenance service didn't go well and this was attributed to the technician as no check was made on the oil level after the supposed oil change. A few days later, the vehicle system alerted me about the low oil level necessitating a return trip. Initially only a top up was done which was ridiculous as there was no evidence that the oil was changed in the first place. Good and comfortable The waiting room was clean, some snacks and drinks. They offer me a transportation just in case I need to go somewhere.
Everyone nice. There were things that you notified me that needed done and I had additional things. Had to remind them of the other things that needed done. Plus the last two times they failed to reset the mileage till next service.
