They did not keep me updated, it took over an hour to get the quote and another hour for them to complete the tire plug. They told me it would take a bit of time. But they didn't offer to shuttle me anywhere and I was stuck there for over 2 hours.
Excellent service and very attentive to the person! You leave happy because he looks for you just enough and necessary to be happy with his new car.
I was greeted promptly, she reviewed all the things I wanted addressed. She also told me about an upcoming service and asked if I wanted to do it and if I had to time get it done. And updated me on the progress.
Timely and efficient Jonathan was very helpful and professional. The atmosphere in the waiting area was clean and full.
Before this service car was brought to repair dashboard lights. Two days later same problem came back. During the last repair I get a printout of repairs needed. On that list was the same thing I paid $400.00 to have repaired. I also didn't receive the discount I was promised on the last repair.
