I was very pleased with the amount of inventory available and the knowledge of the sales people.(Gibran) there is no question. They did not have a thorough knowledge. finance and department was exemplary and professional. . The warranty is the best on the market. I've had my Sorento for 3 weeks now and I could not be more pleased.
Wait time was great about one hour wait Waiting area was clean and stocked with water and snacks...tv was on for enjoying..everyone was friendly. Oil change. & car washed and vacuumed very Happy. Thank you

I was told it would be a 2 hour appt to change a tire. I reached out after 2 and a half hours to be told that they would send a driver to pick me up. After an additional hour and a half I called back to check on the driver and was then told that they would be on their way. There was no communication during the appt on ETA being extended
