I recently bought my new Kia Carnival and received your survey. I was all prepared to tell you about what great service I received from Regal Kia in Lakeland. But it asked what other dealer I’d visited and why I didn’t buy from them. I didn’t get to tell you how pleased I was with our salesman Giovani from Honda Regal where we started. 88$ for an oil change? I almost fell over when presented with bill. Oil change Not for a truck or large SUV but for an old Kia soul also not expensive oil used. Own a large RV also & have never paid the price per oil change that Regal Kia is charging Needless to say I can assure you that I will Never have my oil changed at Regal Kia again!
The 30k maintenance was done + alignment check that I requested. Work was done reasonable quick /fair cost. I've had all my maintenance work done here by their great team.
