I scheduled an oil change for my 2015 Kia K900 on 1/9. A couple of days later we noticed an oil.leak and took it back to the dealership on 1/12. I was told by Kelsey that the mechanic had over torqued the oil filter housing which had cracked. As of today 1/27, you have still not located a replacement part and do not even have an ETA. I am not sure that you are making every effort to locate the part. I am extremely unhappy with this situation. I would appreciate a call from the Service Manager on this.

While installing the tow bar they put two significant scratches in the tailgate. I believe they had to have known they did it, and didn't say anything.
