The experience with Greg was top-tier. His customer service skills were excellent. I would definitely come back to him to purchase my next automobile.
I made my recall appointment in advance and asked for the parts to be there to do the work on the day scheduled. I arrived everyone was very pleasant and courteous I will say that. But they advised me they had no ride. I had to insist on a ride to work or I would have had to cancel the service. I was texted and informed my car was ready to pick up and that they would send a driver to pick me up. No one ever showed or called.
