My old car ended up at Regal Kia after the engine locked. What started off as a stressful situation ended up being a great experience! Deon Box did an excellent job in getting all the details together and helping me pick out a new vehicle. Jorge and Nico worked hard on getting the right deal for me and at the end of it all I walked out a very satisfied customer. Greg was amazing! He wasn’t pushy about anything, extremely knowledgeable about the cars, and very understanding. He made the whole process significantly less stressful. These guys are liars and thief's and do not honor their deals and when you call them out on it they act like they care and do nothing they wont even return any calls or text. Do not do any business with Chris Wilson or Sean Bryant. I'm still dealing with the nightmare purchase I did with them from 2018. They are crooks!!!!
Never buy a Kia from this dealership. I took my car in for routine oil change I have 60547 miles on my 2016 sol Had a key fab stop working manufactures defect . ask service writer Jonathan Benite to have it looked at and replaced. He stated its out of warrantee and would cost over $230.00 plus sales tax to repair it. I asked him to ask his manager Jeff Benitez to see what he could do. bottom line no one offered to budge on price and held the 547 miles out of warrantee. I explained it been broke for over 6 months.
