Kelsey was a big help answering all my questions, making sure she followed up keeping me posted on all details. The waiting area was very comfortable & clean. The atmosphere was pleasant and busy with everyone doing their job efficiently. I had made an appointment so my wait time was not long at all. When finished, Kelsey went over my invoice took me to check out and walked me to my SUV. Nice touch Kelsey! I highly recommend the service department at Regal KIA.
The employees are very well knowledgeable on the autos. They let you choose and they are not pushy. You have all the time you need to choose. Our seller, Orlando, is terrific. He is very down to earth when he explains to you about the vehicle. They worked everything out to be accommodate to our pocket. We walked out with the new Tulleride, it works great for us, both hanfycap. Our first experience wirh KIA and we are super happy.
Kelsey my service consultant is very professional and makes sure I’m up to date regarding the issue with my vehicle. Service is fast and friendly.
I just want to shout out everyone at Regal Kia, especially Stan, Megan, Gregg, and Todd. I had a little issue with a scratch on my car that I recently bought and these few here went above and beyond on getting the scratch fixed properly. This is seriously the best dealership I’ve ever been to. I am a lifetime customer!
