I got my Kia Optima from Edward Box 4 years ago at Regal Kia and had such a great experience that I returned when it was time for a new car. I wanted a Kia Stinger and Demetrius bent over backwards to get me into one. I never felt like he was just trying to get me into any car, but that he wanted to put me in the right car that he knew would make me happy. I used to say “I hate car buying” but that day was different and I actually enjoyed it. Thank you Demetrius and Regal Kia!
My salesman Leo was good, but my experience has gone downhill since then. I have been trying to get an issue with financing and paying off my trade resolved for weeks. I have left voicemails and messages with office staff for both the finance director Chris and general manager Sonny but can’t get a return call. Once the deal is done, management seems to disappear. Not satisfied.
