GREG was the sale person that i had. He is a great sale person. I would recommend Greg. The survey that I did made him look unprofessional. I can't go back and redo survey but I can leave comment here about his service. Now there was one person that will remain nameless that I felt pressure to buy that same day. But it was not Greg.

Car buying experience was not as painless as I was promised in May once I was onsite and having spoken with someone on the phone and texted. And surprise, now they wanted a large down payment, with ridiculous first offer interest rates before it miraculously came down to a good interest rate. Then, please note, Kias do not come with spare tires! Who knew!!! I was told, oh well when I realized that a day later. Now, here for my oil change and the appointment I made apparently doesn’t matter as my wait continues! What the heck... read more
Literally the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. They screw things up and then avoid you if you have a complaint. 0/10 recommend.
This was our 2'nd Kia soul from Kia. We came in for a check up, And ended up buying a band new Kia Soul. We love it and Ryan Hutcheson is an excellent person .He wirked with us to pick the best car for us. I recommend Kia to others and Ryan is a perfect person to work with.
