I’ve been a customer of Regal Kia for many years. I recommend Regal to all! The sales department is awesome. Greg Schmitt is one of the best. He is very helpful if you have questions and gets the answers. If you need help getting a car see Greg! The whole sales group are great. Now the service department is the best around! Kelsey was so helpful yesterday and kept me informed.
Greg Schmidt is awesome at what he does, he is highly knowledgeable about product and is willing to push that extra couple miles to get you what you want and need. I have bought 4 KIA's from this man and he has always looked out for me. As long as I stay with KIA he will be my representative. If I decide to get a truck or any other brand I still go see him first.

So I know someone who got a 2020 Kia Soul about 3months ago and they had to go back up there about 4 times after taking the car home told them they lost the down payment then had to sign the paperwork again which what ever sounds like someone don’t know what they are doing. And now going on 3 months later calls and tells them they have to bring the car back but we can sell you a used car lmao 😂 ima love to sit down whit them tomorrow n see what they have to say lol 3 months someone’s needs a deff job. They were nice and friendly, went in for my 1st oil change on my 2020 Kia Sportage. The free car wash is a joke though

Be careful leasing a vehicle. They will not pay off your previous lease and will not be helpful clearing up their mistakes. If you try and get them to own their mistakes they will ask you to leave.
