Great service handled with care
To start, let me preface, I don't do negative reviews because I know the impact they have and that my experience may not reflect the company as a whole. I would rather quietly resolve issues directly with the company and move on. We purchased our car on Sep 12th, 2020, and as of time of this review we are still trying to get a matter resolved.
