Our serene and silent 2-acre property features a Himalayan salt wall sauna, eucalyptus steam rooms, cold plunge pools, hot pools with waterfalls, and breathtaking views. You must be 18 years or older to visit. Swimsuits are required. Daily Hours: 10:00 am to 10:00 pm PST. Last entry is 8:30 pm PST.

Refuge is such a wonderful place to come relax and restore. The massages are superb. The entire facility is really well run and well kept.
It is close to what I would envision Eden was like 8n the beginning.
My husband and I just spent our first weekend away from our 6 month old baby. We chose to visit Refuge as our first activity and we were not sorry. Beautiful evening, calming ambiance, and refreshing in every respect. We will definitely make the effort to visit again!
I love everything about Refuge!! I love how clean everything is, the tubs are sparkling. The eucalyptus steam is phenom for my skin, doing yoga in the dry suana and relaxing in the peaceful silence (love not hearing people talking) just the sound of waterfalls. It is so hard to find a place that offers hot and cold tubs!! The best ever!! My massages with Donna have been spectacular, highly recommend the 100 mins. So worth it. I literally drive 4.5 hours once a month from SB to recharge and feel blissed out
A hidden oasis! Enjoyed every minute, from the aromatherapy rooms to the seclusion and healing affect. Reasonably priced for A total body, mind and spirit cleansing experience!

What a magical place to spend time in Carmel. We were guests for the day and treated with warm welcomes, kindness, and friendly hospitable service. The pools were not crowded and the massages at the end if the evening topped it off. I need to go back soon as use it as recovery after tough workouts. Good for the body, great for the soul.
Loved all the soaking pools .. And the sauna and the steam ... Pure.Heaven.
