This past Saturday was my second time attending Refuge, but my first time getting a massage as well. Refuge is already a great way to disconnect and relax and the massage was a great addition to the experience. I received a sports massage from Jerry, who I would highly recommend requesting. Jerry is attentive and extremely knowledgeable; he gave me exercises to do at home to continue relieving the pressure on my back and showed my how to do them. I will continue to attend refuge and think more locals should as well.
I had a Swedish Massage before I began my first Thermal Cycle. We did the cycle several times. I was so relaxed I fell asleep in a zero gravity chair and got another cycle I before the rain started. It was so relaxing and rejuvenating. I plan to go back with my mother and my daughter.
My Husband and I had an amazing time, the staff was very welcoming and helpful, we arrived early & were greeted by your friendly staff , the facilities was beautiful and the location was so serene. The two masseuses did an excellent job in making my husband and I feel very relaxed, the massages were great, hit all the right points. This being our first time we will definitely be back, we have agreed to be back a few times a year......thanks to Teresa and George
This place was amazing. Had an exceptional evening with a wonderful woman.
