Amazing day! Total relaxation and stress reliever! The Swedish massage in the middle of the day made the experience even better! The pools and relaxation chairs were wonderful .
My husband and I had a massage first, which for both of us was great!! It set the pace for the rest of our day. We did 5 cycles of the Refuge Experience and by the end we were in complete relax mode. I highly recommend Refuge to anyone who is seeking relaxation in a most beautiful serene setting. The nontalking rule is something to get use to, but makes the experience that more enjoyable. Thanks Refuge for a wonderful date day!!!
On Saturday, it was my first time visiting Refuge. This is an excellent place to disconnect and truly relax. The process felt better with a massage. The only thing I disliked was that some patrons can't follow the rules. Saving seats with wet towels is discouraged but continuously observed all the time. Luckily, some of us follow the rules as a courtesy to others. Loved this place! Will come back soon.

A fantastic experience! My sports massage by Diana was great! She was a true professional of her craft. The pools & steam rooms were very nice & varried temps of the water was exhilarating! Nothing fancy here, simplicity at the best level, the top!
