I love to do about the 3 cycles and "float" to my car afterwards! This a favorite thing to do with friends and my husband.

Excellent place to relax after hiking Point Lobos. Having lived in Russia, a proper sauna has always been a part of my routine. This place delivers on many fronts.

“50 minute sports massage” was a 45 minute tickle - complete waste of time and money. I asked the therapist to increase pressure and focus on my shoulder and neck and she did neither. I waited for 5-10 minutes upon exit to provide constructive feedback to an employee/manager and no one acknowledged me. Only thing worthwhile was the eucalyptus steam room after my massage to wash away the bad experience ... save your money.

Two girlfriends and I decided to have a Refuge experience this Holiday instead of exchanging gifts. So glad we did! We've started a new tradition that beats a new pair of earrings or a scarf any day! We had a massage first, which I highly recommend. There are so many different pools and options that we each were able to do our rotations as we liked (one loved the steam room; another loved the sauna). The entire experience is set up for luxurious relaxation. We will be back!
