Our serene and silent 2-acre property features a Himalayan salt wall sauna, eucalyptus steam rooms, cold plunge pools, hot pools with waterfalls, and breathtaking views. You must be 18 years or older to visit. Swimsuits are required. Daily Hours: 10:00 am to 10:00 pm PST. Last entry is 8:30 pm PST.

My first time yesterday, what an experience. It actually reset my mind and body which were in a constant state if tenseness. I fell into a deep sleep when I got home. The staff was wonderful always on point ever watching and checking to keep this beautiful place flowing with not only aromatic and auditory harmony but visual as well. Thank you so much
Fabulous massage followed by relaxing hot pools and refreshing cold pools. The entire day was extremely healing. I love Refuge!
Liked the no electronics & being silent rule. I actually got some rest. Pleasantly surprised, I actually fell asleep with the cozy robe & fire pit a-blazing. I will definitely book another trip.
I always Love going to Refuge no matter who I go with .. I gave 4 starts only because they are really missing a snack bar, something with fresh juice, healthy veggies or fruits for those who need to snack due to low blood sugar. Or even people that stay there for a long period of time. Somewhere out side where the waiting area for massages is. Just a thought I have each time I visit including everyone I know that goes there. Thanks !
