It was great. Loved the hot and cold plunges. Sauna and steam rooms are generally not my thing but theirs are nice. I had Maria for a massage and she kicked my butt. 11/10 experience.

Poorly managed, overcrowded, and generally overpriced and overrated. Noisy, filthy steam room, and creepily Co-ed with balconies overlooking 'spa'. For the price they charge and the complete lack of promised quiet, this place is a joke. A stressful joke.

My husband and I, in much need of stress detox and technology detox, spent five hours in and out of the steam/sauna/cold pools/warm pools. We fell asleep in the hammock and the gravity chairs. We both ended the day with massages. Alberto and Shirley both did an excellent job! My only complaint is that some customers people don't respect the "silence" and sit in the tubs talking. So inconsiderate for the rest of us who are looking for silence - that's what we're paying for.
