I enjoyed the eucalyptus steam rooms, the relaxation rooms with the zero gravity chairs, the hot pools and the fire pits. Absolutely love this place!! We've gone a few times now, the last time was last Sunday on mother's day. We just got married and had our minimoon in Carmel Valley and HAD to go relax at the refuge! It's a tad pricey but soooo relaxing and worth it. I'll go back every chance we get!

First time visitor. Totally relaxing. They have a circulation you can do but nothing is required. Totally go at your own pace. Super helpful staff and clean facility. So relaxing. Have definitely needed this and can’t wait to go back. Most relaxed I’ve been in ages. 🥰
