Specialties Refuge is America's first co-ed outdoor relaxation spa and an award-winning hydrothermal facility located in Carmel, California. Our serene and silent 2-acre property features a Himalayan salt wall sauna, eucalyptus steam rooms, cold plunge pools, hot pools with waterfalls, and breathtaking views. You must be 18 years or older to visit. Swimsuits are required. Daily Hours: 10:00 am to 10:00 pm PST. Last entry is 8:30 pm PST.

I have never felt so relaxed and serene in all my life. Everyone should experience this place at least once.
Nice place to soak and recharge! Loved the steam and cold plunge. Robin was an outstanding massage therapist! He nailed my problem spots that are truly debilitating. I wish I had booked a 100 minutes instead of 50!
