Our serene and silent 2-acre property features a Himalayan salt wall sauna, eucalyptus steam rooms, cold plunge pools, hot pools with waterfalls, and breathtaking views. You must be 18 years or older to visit. Swimsuits are required. Daily Hours: 10:00 am to 10:00 pm PST. Last entry is 8:30 pm PST.

My husband and I spent last evening at Refuge and it was wonderful. Joshlyn my massage therapist was brilliant! I want to move to Carmel so we can come here all the time.
