Hands down the best customer service I’ve ever had. I had the pleasure of working with Dennis Quinn and Derek, and could not have had a better experience. I came to Randy Reed in a pretty tough position with my car, and I can confidently say that they went above and beyond to do everything they could for me. I love Reed Chevrolet! The staff is always professional and courteous and the deals are great. Free oil changes for life are awesome and the complimentary chocolate bars are a nice touch that make getting my truck serviced an enjoyable experience!
Diagnostic on my truck was supposed to be 80, but it was 110 and "fixed", brought it back the next day because it wasn't fixed. They said my 4 month old battery was junk to replace and it would be fixed. Yet again it wasn't... now apparently i need a 600 dollar repair on fuse box. Plus no one that works there is smart enough to explain why or how that it is causing my transmission issues... won't be taking my truck back to them for sure..
Bad service, just had my car serviced there and after they serviced it the battery keeps dying. You would think they would of a multi point inspection on my car when they had it in there.
