Will never purchase there again. Bought a 2014 impala, processing fee $199. I have never ever paid a 1/4 of that. Battery completely quit after one week, corroded. Now something wrong with lights on computer screen part. No 30 day warranty, won't take back and only had 3 weeks. Just very disappointed, heard so many good things about them.

I need to speak with Trevon Reed or someone who worked there in January 2004. My husband & I purchased my Monte Carlo there & was told free oil changes for life was part of our purchase deal. I had an appt. yesterday for an oil change & they wanted to charge me. My husband has always serviced my car but he is recovering from surgery so we had never taken my car there for an oil change. I was there for an oil change and it took two hours. I saw several cars that arrived after I did leave before me. in the waiting area the TV was tuned to an episode of Dr. Phil talking about sex addicts and how many times a day they touch themselves. Usually I have a great experience at Reed but I was very disappointed on my visit yesterday.
Mike and the other gentlemen in the parts department are fantastic! I was having trouble with my key fob for my Equinox. Mike and the others were extremely helpful and checked every single route to save me from having to purchase a new one. They figured out the problem and showed me how to fix my husband's key fob as well. Most places would just suggest a new one, anything to make a buck... but I can honestly say that their goal was to satisfy the customer as quickly and least expensive as possible. Thank you!

My daughter took her car in for warranty work on the engine. They were supposed to let us know for sure that it was covered, never once did they call. They went ahead and completed the repairs. Then on top of that they did an alignment on the car that was not authorized, and expected us to pay for it. Terrible customer service from the parts department. We will never take the car back.
Love my Camaro & my Silverado! Both times service was very good and we were well taken care of. I do wish I'd of gotten more for my last trade in but no biggie. All in all I like dealing with these guys. I used to buy from Anderson ford until I was ripped off BAD then bought from carcity Chrysler which was OK but you can't beat the deals and the service at reed! I'm a Chevy guy straight up now an if I ever need another vehicle I'm going to reed!!
