I was traveling through St. Joseph and my 2008 Suburban wasn't performing like it should and I called OnStar and they connected me to Reed Chevrolet and the level of customer service was OUT OF THIS WORLD GREAT!! Tom Pflugradet in the Service Department was exceptional and Dennis Quinn was a great sales person that showed me what I asked for and that was a Suburban. There was ONLY 1 LEFT on the lot and I ended up buying it!! Everyone was top notch in customer service. Thank you for the great experience.
