The service department is awesome!! Kept having a problem with the air conditioner and they went above and beyond to make sure it was fixed correctly. My salesman even issued me a loaner vehicle so I could leave mine there to make sure it was diagnosed and fixed properly. Once they fixed the air they cleaned my car up before I picked it up. Great staff of people in service and sales!!!
Huge shout out to the service department! My Chevrolet Silverado broke down on me this morning while driving to work. We called Reed Chevrolet and spoke with Mike. He said bring it on in and we will get you in a rental if needed. Such a smooth process...walked in handed Brad my keys then went and got the paperwork for the rental. Within 4 hours my truck was fixed! Thanks guys! When your vehicle breaks down it is such a headache... you guys completely took the headache out of the process! Thanks again!
Weve never had a problem with the sales staff. I have only had one problem with the service staff. I've noticed the last 2 times I've been in there for an oil change that they have had a change in service staff. The staff member who helped us today was very nice, very genuine, and did everything he could to help me. I appreciate the improvements they've made!!
