Place is a joke. They tell you their a non commissioned sales staff, but believe me, they are indeed commissioned lol. I worked there when they took over car city and they raised all of their prices. Would never go there for anything ever!! I quit because they threatened to fire me because I had a full time job and was working there part time at car city when they took over!! The car buying process itself was very easy and my sales person was awesome. However, I received this pamphlet about the Reed advantage which states you receive Free lifetime oil changes and car wash service. Beware because when you take your car in to get it serviced they will tell you that that promotion ended before you bought your vehicle even though they give you the pamphlet with your vehicle that says it and it still says it on their website.
