Never go back. We had to wait to talk to the manager because all the other tables wanted to talk to him. It was that bad. I saw a couple walking in as I walked out & told them about our experience & the others in there. Wasn't just us. They said thanks & turned back to there car to go somewhere else.
This was the worst experience I have ever had at Red Robin and we have been there a lot. It took over 15 minutes to get our beers because the tap was being changed. We finally had to ask for bottled beer. We asked for campfire sauce for our fries and got ranch instead. Our waiter was so soft spoken I had to ask him multiple times to repeat himself. They served my wife a chicken wrap that we had seen sitting in the kitchen before we ordered our food. At least three people from the server staff fingered out food before it was brought out. The waitress was fantastic but the server that brought our food out wanted to get defensive when i asked for a manager. All the manager would say is we tell them to wash their hands. they took off the entrees but still charged me for the sodas and appetizer. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE
My wife and I ordered dinner service from our waiteress was good the food was horrible i completely got the wrong burger and the manager brings me cold bacon and cooked onions for the burger that was wrong i ordered the southern burger with candied bacon and onion straws i got a burger on cibata bun with lettuce and barbecue sauce nothing else so to fix it the manager brings me cold bacon and cooked onion yikes that was not right to fix the problem here is easy change management customers should get what he orders not what t... read more
The service out of the kitchen was terrible. The place was nearly empty and it still took over 40 minutes for the for the food to come out. My wife's order was salmon and homemade Cole slaw. The fish was a little under cooked and the slaw had no dressing at all. Yep just cut up cabbage. My burger was supposed to be well done and it came out medium. We had great service. A while back we went as a family and had slow, sloppy... just awful service. Sunday was amazing. Our waitress was so cool, so friendly. The food was hot, delicious, very delightful! Thanks RR for making my 13 yr old Birthday dinner awesome‼️
