Terrible management and food.
The burger was cold the bun was dry and fell apart and my husband got 6 French fries. If I'm going to pay 12 bucks for a burger I expect it to be hot and fresh. We were not impressed at all.
Absolutely horrible! My boyfriend and I ordered food Togo. I ordered a veggie burger and got a real beef burger. I bit into it and got very very sick as I am a vegetarian and haven’t eaten meat in 7 years. We called multiple times only to be put on hold for 30 minutes each time. We finally left our number with someone and they said a manager would call us back promptly. NEVER EVER received a phone call. And it’s been almost 3 weeks. Yumm 2 Go is a joke. I placed an order two days ago for pick-up, went to pick it up and they told us they didn't have the order even though I had the receipt on my phone. Customer service is terrible. Called to talk to a manager there and they kept me on hold for 10 minutes, even though they knew the customer was not happy on the other line. You won't last here in Millard, trust me. I won't spend my money there again. Another one bits the dust.
