My son and I went here after a long day of school shopping. Our waitress was amazing, the food was near perfect and the overall of the place was fantastic. My only complaint is that I got 4 mushrooms and 6 cheese sticks in our pick 2 appetizer. I woulda liked a few more mushrooms!!! Overall 5 stars to the restaurant and 10 stars to my waitress!
My family and I just visited Red Robin (Western Springs) this past Sunday evening. We had a fabulous waiter, his name was Dan!! I can't say enough wonderful things about him! He was amazing...he made sure that we were well taken care of, he was also very funny, simply put...he went above and beyond! By far the best waiter I have ever had....he made out experience at Red Robin extremely enjoyable!
Horrible service!!!! Food was decent once we got it, but that didn't make up for just horrible service!!
Seen the waitress twice, & our burgers we're over done. Our first so so meal from here.
This is a fantastic Red Robin! We usually have good experiences at their restaurants, but this staff was over and above. My 17 year old son ordered the (bottomless) kid's mac and cheese and the waitress didn't flinch; in fact, she put in two replacement orders for him right away.
The service was a little slow, due to our poor server being bombarded with a huge softball team, but she was sweet and it was fine. The food was phenomenal. I am doing a low carb diet, so I couldn't be more thrilled at the fact that I can order any burger with a lettuce "bun"...fantastic!
