I went home with an upset tummy, son said his burger tasted funny. we feel that the food here is going down hill!!!
Second time in a row our take out order is incorrect. Last time our pretzel bites came without dipping sauce and we were missing a side dish. Tonight my wife's whiskey River chicken did not have and onion strings and had a gallon of Mayo on it. The bun had to be wiped off. I don't know how this place is still open.
What a horrible experience we had at Red Robin tonight! The server was awful, never came to check on us until I asked a busboy to find him. When he finally appeared, he rudely said, “what else do you need?” I’ve written to corporate. Something drastically needs to be changed in this location.
Horrible experience my salad was half brown. my daughter got sick.We had to ask for a clean table even though there were only 4 tables and they final topper they ran a hose from the kitchen to the bar and has we were walking they pulled the hose up and we almost tripped.i took pictures of the hose and salad.
The service was great but the food has steadily gone downhill year after year. It’s too bad because I really used to like going here.
The person who help us find our table is so rude. She insested the assign table for us but the location is not in our liking. We almost walk out the restaurant. I told her we wanted a booth which their is available . Very unprofessional.
Buns were dry or stale, just fell apart! First and last time going, wasn’t what I was expecting!
Stale buns. Cold fries. At these prices!
We ordered the Parmesan pretzel bites to start with. Not one trace of Parmesan to be found and it came with a small cup of beer cheese that was just barely over half full. The burgers we ordered lacked any flavor. The buns on them were so dry that all they did was crumble apart. Husband said yes to another “order” of bottomless fries only to never get them. Service was almost non-existent. We will never be back.
