Service was terrible. There was no bus person to clean tables. The bathrooms smelt rancid & trash was overflowing into the hallway. Our food took way to long to cook, then the chicken sandwiches were only 1/2 portions. The other 1/2 of the bun was just bread, no meat!! The manager was finally going to get us fries but he never brought them. Last time I visit this establishment!
The food was cold. Our waitress never came back to see how are food was. Asked for more fries which never came. Horrible experience. And it was freezing cold in there
Yesterday was my sons 6th birthday. He choose Red Robin not only for the great food but the fun games as well. For some reason Red Robin has gone away with the games in the front. My son was very upset but decided he would eat there anyhow. The whole crew treated him so well that night. They even went out of their way to buy my son a gift because they knew he was disappointed with the games being gone. Everyone as very nice and friendly. No complaints
The food was okay. The service was okay. Waiting to be seated or even put on a wait list took forever. We can say we tried it.
Absolutely horrible service! ! 4 tables on a Monday night and it took them 30 minutes to make a burger with salad and a chicken sandwich with fries!! And they screwed it up and I had to send it back!! Never going back!!
I love the All American Melt. It is cooked just right.
