5 star food and service even on game day!!! We loved it and will come back!!!
We waited an hour and 20 minutes for a basket of fries. When we finally got our food it was cold. The manager had nothing but excuses and seemed annoyed with us for our frustrations. We won't ever come back to this location. On the way out we encountered other couples and families who experienced the same poor service. Absolutely ridiculous.
Food took forever, fries came out cold and soggy, the egg on the Royal Robin was totally overcooked. The most disgusting thing though was the appearance of the manager on duty. His shirt was half way tucked in his pants were absolutely filthy. Not just a little gross. But totally caked in grease and food. Actually made me lose my appetite. Very disappointed. I've had great service here in the past, tonight went in to eat dinner w my sister and we sat for almost a half hour, without ANY servers or managers coming up to check if we were ready to order, wanted drinks, or anything. Instead, employees stood behind the counter and register, in the kitchen, joking around. The host that seated us was very kind and quick, I appreciate that.
One of the best burger we have ever had! Will do it again.
They offer gluten free so I can enjoy their delicious burgers now. My fav!
