The service was awful. Took forever to get someone to come to our table. When we finally got our food it was cold. Took forever to get catsup and extra napkins. Do not plan on going back.
Just had THE WORST experience at your restaurant! We were a party of 7. The restaurant was busy but we were sat fairly quickly, that was when it all went down hill. We sat for thirty minutes waiting to see our waiter/waitress. We were never asked for drink orders or given water. A manager swung by and place French fries on our table and swept away again. Service was AWESOME, and the food was delicious, as expected!
Not good service. Had to ask the server and manager 4 times for refills on fries. If you promote bottomless fries then you should probably be on top of that better.
Just left there after waiting 15 minutes for a server. Watched 3 servers walk by and another kept staring at the table. I think the flashing red light to call the server just made everything worse. - drove over to Cheeseburger in Paradise & was greeted with a smile and had a server that introduced herself to us in less than a 30 seconds.
There were like 6 people in the place. Service was ok. Never got asked for drink refills. Told them it was my daughters birthday, waiter said "ok". Usually they sing or free ice cream. My croissant was stale. My husband got like 6 fries. For $60 it was just not worth it.
Will never easy there again. First and last time. Horrible service terrible food waitress was even worse than the food.
