This is my second door dash order with this restaurant and MY LAST! They messed up the first order and the manager said he’d refund me and never did. I let it go and decided to give them another chance and again they BURNT my burger !! Called up again and waited over 10 mins on hold and never got an apology for the wait and on top of that, the manager didn’t apologize for my burnt hamburger and did only the minimum which is refund me. Local management should be able to control the temperature in the restaurant. 91 degrees in Omaha Ne with 49% humid feel like 97 degrees and inside feels like in the 80s. It isn't enjoyable eating while your sitting there sweating.

Very disappointed in my online to go order this evening. My daughter’s bacon cheeseburger was supposed to be plain with sweet potato fries (which cost me extra) instead of the steak fries. Even after asking the to go attendant to verify everything, I got home to see that her order was actually incredibly wrong. Her burger was loaded with toppings and there were regular steak fries instead of the upgraded sweet potato fries. I also ordered a BLTA sandwich and it literally came with 1 piece of turkey on it!
