Waitress was great, food was delicious, could have had more soup in the bowl, about half full, and wine glass was not quite filled to the point. Big complaint is allowing children in the bar area. Some of us adults like having our child free zone, and the bar should be that zone. Putting them at one end is a no no. Will go to another Red Robin in the future.
The service was super slow and our server failed to inform us that refills of soda where .99 also my burger was super dry and burnt. Red Robin is a restaurant that I will not be visiting again. Instead of there logo being Red Robin Yummmm it should be Red Robin Noooooooo
Bottomless fries are great but take to much time to get but they were kinda busy but not packed and burgers are kinda small for the price But I did like it
Excellent food ... very pushey waitress ... seemed like she just wanted us to order without looking at menus. Ordered dessert she put the spoons right in the choclate so when you picked up spoons you would get choclate all over your hands.. very disappointed felt like she was rushing us with everything..
Dined out with my grown son. His choice of restaurants this time. Got seated right away, even though the restaurant was packed! There was some confusion with our food order due to the menu, but the server and manager couldn't have been more apologetic and quickly fixed the issue. Good food and I was happy to tip more than 20% ! We will definitely be back! 😀
