It was awful it has been three years since our last visit,it will have to improve for us to go back Old buns for starter,precook like at Mc D Service was great �
Pretty disappointed to come in and order my meal to go. They have changed how they do it so some guy took my order on a menu bc they don’t have any order tickets. I sat down and about 5 min later so him toss the menu. I assumed he put my order in. 40 min later I ask where my order is and he is completely clueless. He’s looking around for my order and I remind him he threw it away. Absolutely no reason orders should be taken this way, maybe management should consider actual order tickets.
I'm currently sitting waiting for my to go order. NEVER COME HERE FOR TO GO EVER! It has taken an hour to get my food and it wasn't even right when I got it.
Food was good but service was slow. Not the servers fault, he was courteous and did all he could. Maybe understaffed. I'll still go back.
Service was excellent, atmosphere was nice, burger was barely edible... probably will not go back...
