The restaurant was practically empty made use wait to be seated 10 minutes hostesses wasn't friendly the food was good the service at the table was good in the end we enjoyed the experience
My son turned 21 today and because of the ID he has, they wouldn't let him drink. I will never be back!
We live in another state now, but we come to Red Robin every time we visit friends and family in Frederick. We do have two Red Robin restaurants near us, but unfortunately they do not meet the high standards we have come to expect from this Frederick location. Our party includes people who have dietary restrictions (vegan, gluten free, Paleo) and your staff always takes our needs in stride and exceeds them. Had a delicious Bourbon BBQ Salad today in the bar area. David L. working tables & bar. He was busy & steadily hustling until all tables were done. Great Service & Very knowledgeable about the menu.
My first time at this establishment. Staff was very courteous and professional. I was sat immediately at a high top table in the bar. Bartender was quick to take my order. Top Shelf Margarita was perfection. Salad came quickly and was nice and cold. Ordered my birthday Bacon Cheeseburger and it arrived right after I finished my salad. Burger was perfection as well. Can't remember the bartender's name, but she was great! The place was busy for a Friday night at 7pm, but my first time experience was excellent. I will be back!
