I was highly disappointed in Red Robin the burger I ordered was really greesy and bland it had no flavor at all. We had a party if 4 and so not worth the 70 dollar check! One person in our party couldn't even eat what they ordered cause it was incorrect.
Took an hour to get our food and when it finally came it wasn't what we had ordered, waitress never came back for refills,, $65 for burgers and fries,, McDonald's is better

I’ve ordered the clucks & fries for years. The price went up and the size of the tenders decreased significantly. I was also shorted one tender, which the manager corrected. Additionally, the adult meal comes with only one more tender than the kids meal but is at least $5 more. Therefore, the pricing and size proportion is ridiculous. Got my food 45 min later . Manager tried to avoid the table at all cost. Waiter never came to the table to ask how we were doing. Never even got a re fill on my water. Never again! I will not go back to the Red Robin in Frederick. I will much rather go to germantown where their customer service and timely matter on food is excellent! Besides that fact that germantown is much busier then Frederick
I will not go back, the food was terrible, never gave us more fries Or drinks
